This program focuses on helping skills, career development theory, assessment, ethics, diversity, technology, labor market information, and additional career development competencies. Individuals who complete this program are eligible to pursue two different credentials: the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential through the Center for Credentialing and Education and the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credential through the National Career Development Association.
